Mark Manson is an American self-help author and blogger known for his refreshingly unfiltered approach to personal development. A three-time #1 New York Times bestselling author, his breakout work “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck” became a global phenomenon, with his books collectively selling over 20 million copies, being translated into more than 65 languages, and reaching number one in over a dozen countries. Often described as "self-help for people who hate self-help," his writing blends no-nonsense life advice with sharp cultural commentary.
