He is the founder and CEO of Dexterity Sounds, a multimedia company that produces music, podcasts, films and live events.Benny Pough has over 30 years of experience in the music business, spanning from Motown Records to Def Jam to Roc Nation and now his own elite enterprise, DVERSE Media. He has been instrumental in delivering radio hits for superstar artists such as Jay-Z, Rihanna, Kanye West, Travis Scott, Future, DJ Khaled and 21 Savage. He has also helped launch the careers of Boyz II Men, Justin Bieber and many others. He has received numerous awards and honors for his achievements, including being named one of Billboard’s Power 100 Executives in 2018.
